Hard to be sure with one shot from that angle, but they could be the Square Wire 2.0 from 2002, the E-Wire 2.1 from 2001, or I’m most suspecting the A-Wire 2.0 Spring Hinge from 2000.
You can look up historical Oakley designs at the first link below. If you can read anything like a model number on the frame that helps too.
